The Change Manager leads the end to end Change implementation of workplace transformation projects. These include include technology, infrastructure, digital; accommodation/office design, office move; and/or adoption of new ways of working/ABW. The role leads the overall change approach and implementation inc development including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change plans etc. It liaises with project and BAU staff responsible for delivery of streams and overseeing the activities of change analysts and project officers.
Skills and Experience required:
Demonstrated experience in leading the end to end change of workplace transformation projects - workplace technology, ways of working (ABW), office relocations or workforce capability uplift
Proven experience across the change delivery life cycle -current state and stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change and engagement plans, risks, communication and implementation plans, change readiness assessements etc
Experience in guiding Change Analysts to achieve delivery of change
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills - verbal and written
Experience managing project staff and engaging with staff across different teams to facilitate outcomes
Ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of best practice change methodolgies and tools
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience
