We are partnering with a major Federal Government agency to engage a Senior Change Manager for a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation program. The initiative, launched following a 2023 organisation-wide review, focuses on leadership, culture, governance, and risk uplift. The program is well underway, and this role will lead the next phase of delivery, integrating multiple streams, aligning change activity, and embedding sustainable outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Program Integration and Delivery
Rapidly onboard into an in-flight transformation program and integrate with existing change and delivery streams
Assess current change management activities to identify gaps and opportunities for alignment
Collaborate with embedded change managers and stream leads to refine, align, and execute change plans
Ensure change activities are prioritised to meet program milestones and business readiness targets
Sustainability and Adoption Planning
Lead the design and delivery of a sustainability and adoption strategy to embed change across people, culture, governance, and risk functions
Partner with internal teams to ensure new behaviours and processes are reinforced through policy, accountability, and leadership practices
Develop mechanisms to monitor, measure, and report adoption and sustainment outcomes
Strategic Change Leadership
Provide strategic advice to executives and senior leaders on change readiness and engagement
Represent the change function in program governance forums and communicate progress, risks, and readiness
Support business leaders with tailored change tools and engagement strategies
Continue embedding behavioural and cultural interventions to sustain long-term transformation
About You
Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change within complex transformation programs
Proven success in joining programs mid-flight and driving delivery through to completion
Strong track record in developing and executing sustainability and adoption plans
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at the executive level
Experience in public sector or regulated environments is highly desirable.
