The Role Our Client is looking for a field marketing professional to help drive measurable growth across the ANZ region. Working closely with sales leadership and corporate marketing team, the Field Marketing Specialist will be reporting to the Marketing Director, APJ and have a full responsibility for local strategy and execution. The successful candidate will develop and execute effective B2B marketing activities as part of the Country integrated marketing strategy (digital, online and face to face).
Responsibilities
Planning and executing local events, including budget allocation
Developing and executing go to market strategies to support ANZ growth
Planning and executing demand generation campaigns
Marketing project management
Using a combination of Global company marketing collateral and a directory of amazing customer case studies the Field Marketing Specialist will stamp their own creative/innovative mark on the local business.
The Candidate The successful candidate will be an ambitious, creative marketing professional with demonstrable track record of supporting sales growth and brand awareness for a Market Leader. Passionate for technology, this person will be a B2B marketeer with experience working for technology vendors and has strong communication skills, is able to collaborate with, and positively influence a wide range of multifunctional colleagues at Country, APAC and Global level.
Crucially this person must have a can-do attitude and work closely with the local Sales team. This is key to build amazing relationships and partner with the team to drive account based marketing programmes.
Essential Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a field B2B marketing role with a technology vendor (preferably SaaS or PaaS)
Significant experience across all marketing channels
Knowledge of the ANZ market
Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation
Strong negotiation skills and effective budget management capability
Ability to develop and articulate strategy, able to drive translation of strategy into successful tactics and execution
