I'm currently working on a really exciting opportunity for an experience leader within AI to join a long-standing Manufacturing company in Sydney.

You would be the first person in this function and will work closely with the Director to establish a structure and vision, including identifying the best business problems to tackle first and educating the organisation on what is from an AI and Technology perspective.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to help to shape an AI function from the ground up, who wants to use their creative spark to design POCs, and who wants to help shape the team and technology i.e deciding which platforms and tools to use and helping to define the hiring strategy.

Your Profile
- Strong hands-on technical background across Technology with a specific focus on AI / Data / Analytics
- Experience contributing to and shaping a technical strategy, ideally as part of an AI function
- Excellent knowledge of AI trends and tools, especially in relation to Gen AI
- Strong leadership ability and excellent stakeholder management / communication skills
- Experience being part of a greenfield technology transformation program from the groud-up would be beneficial
