An exciting and newly created opportunity exists for an Agile Coach. Embryonic Digital transformation reporting into the Chief Digital Officer.  You will have a passion for Coaching and leading Agile & digital transformation.

Requirements

Engage in consultation with business leaders, product owners and project managers to ensure strategic alignment towards adoption of Agile.   
  • Develop and implement an adoption and maturity strategy to include phases of introduction, education, coaching, cultural change and continuous improvement. 
  • Develop and implement an operational plan to include Agile models, transformation roadmaps and milestones, training solutions and coaching frameworks to support the organisational shift to Agile methodologies and practice. 
  • Develop a transparent performance framework including tailored Agile maturity assessments and the adoption of Objectives and Key Results
  • Provide ongoing leadership to effectively introduce, develop and mature the organisation’s Agile capabilities. 
Requirements
  • Qualification/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a similar related field. 
  • Current coaching credentials recognised and listed with the International Coaching Federation.  
  • Minimum 10 years of extensive experience and proven success in transformation and project management environments as a project manager, Scrum Master or other key leadership position utilising Agile methodologies. 
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success working as an Agile Coach in driving Agile transformation from design to implementation with considerations to organisational, cultural and psychological change requirements. 
  • Extensive experience working with Enterprise Agile Frameworks including SAFe, DAD, LeSS, and hands-on understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other core Agile concepts. 
  • Experience and knowledge of engineering and DevOps practices
  • Strong strategic and operational planning skills  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach a wide range of stakeholders and also facilitate engaging workshops using a variety of techniques
  • Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills to partner with multiple project and product teams simultaneously.
