An exciting and newly created opportunity exists for an Agile Coach. Embryonic Digital transformation reporting into the Chief Digital Officer. You will have a passion for Coaching and leading Agile & digital transformation.
Requirements
Engage in consultation with business leaders, product owners and project managers to ensure strategic alignment towards adoption of Agile.
Develop and implement an adoption and maturity strategy to include phases of introduction, education, coaching, cultural change and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement an operational plan to include Agile models, transformation roadmaps and milestones, training solutions and coaching frameworks to support the organisational shift to Agile methodologies and practice.
Develop a transparent performance framework including tailored Agile maturity assessments and the adoption of Objectives and Key Results
Provide ongoing leadership to effectively introduce, develop and mature the organisation’s Agile capabilities.
Requirements
Qualification/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a similar related field.
Current coaching credentials recognised and listed with the International Coaching Federation.
Minimum 10 years of extensive experience and proven success in transformation and project management environments as a project manager, Scrum Master or other key leadership position utilising Agile methodologies.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success working as an Agile Coach in driving Agile transformation from design to implementation with considerations to organisational, cultural and psychological change requirements.
Extensive experience working with Enterprise Agile Frameworks including SAFe, DAD, LeSS, and hands-on understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other core Agile concepts.
Experience and knowledge of engineering and DevOps practices
Strong strategic and operational planning skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach a wide range of stakeholders and also facilitate engaging workshops using a variety of techniques
Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills to partner with multiple project and product teams simultaneously.
