Key accountabilities
  • Provide administrative, day-to-day operational support services to division staff including senior managers
  • Prepare correspondence and minutes. Organise meetings or training workshops including refreshments, if required. File, scan, photocopy and type documents and prepare education and training materials as required.
  • Update databases
  • Maintain division resources. Provide assistance and advice to division staff concerning administrative processes
  • Prepare and coordinate routine briefing material, submissions, reports, schedules and correspondence by gathering, collating and analysing relevant information and data.
  • The Administrative Officer will actively report on all calls via the complaints database particularly calls relating to new business opportunities
 
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in supporting senior staff and undertaking administrative tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate well with our diverse stakeholders, and to prepare correspondence and minutes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
