About the Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Customer Success to lead their customer success initiatives and ensure their expanding client base's ongoing satisfaction and success. As a key member of their leadership team, you will shape their customer success strategy, develop scalable processes, and cultivate strong customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Develop long-term customer success strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse customer data to inform product enhancements and advocate for customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Success and Integration teams, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or related roles, with 3+ years in leadership positions
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth in a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
  • Experience working cross-functionally to achieve common goals
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
