My client, a private equity business, is looking for a project coordinator or experienced project administrator with telephony networks and video conferencing experience to help implement a new VoiP technology across multiple sites.

Responsibilities will include:
  •  Liaise with key personnel across 70+ sites nationally to collate phone data and coordinate the transition of these sites over to the new phone system.
  •  Organise the external vendor teams to ensure minimal impact to the business
  •  Assess business implications for each project phases and monitor progress to meet deadlines
  •  Determine, categorise and document the operational risks before Go-live
Appropriate candidates will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. You will have advanced skills in project scheduling ,  be able to coach and encourage others to meet their objectives and be able to use your initiative in an ambigious environment to ensure results.
