A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Wealth Manager in a strategic people leadership role. Acting as the 2IC to the Head of Risk, your predominant focus will involve assisting the Head of with any overflow work as and when required, coordination and running of team strategy, offsite sessions and relevant communications, any special projects and, identifying and implementing better ways of working/efficiencies. 
In addition you will oversee a team that:

• Coordinates and delivers the 2nd Line Risk insights and reports for the relevant business risk forums and company Board meetings.

• Performing thematic and emerging risk reviews that assist the business in understanding potential areas of exposure.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and driven individual who has at least 10+ years financial services industry experience, with a deep understanding of the superannuation risk and compliance environment. This role is ideally suited to someone from or interested in an Assurance based role who is passionate about using data and evidence to influence outcomes and culture.
