Our NSW State Government is looking for a Business Analyst to engage with stakeholders, facilitates design and investigation sessions, analysis of existing and future state environments. You will detail requirements and dependencies across their projects and analyse, document and report on the technical environments being investigated, identified processes, target and final state.  You will be assisting with design and review and participating in the Agile framework and other project management activities. The role contributes to a high performing team and acts to ensure project management excellence and continuous project improvement

The primary objective of the role is to provide analysis and requirements gathering for multiple online applications and to facilitate project activities in the development, deployment and management of these applications.

You Must Have:
  • 5+ years’ experience with application development projects.
  • Ability to provide recommendations on user behaviour, UX/UI and best practice.
  • Ability to deliver on the latest priorities across multiple projects as needed
  • Demonstrated proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude – someone who can propose, document and deliver
  • Knowledge and understanding of recognised project management methodologies including Agile (e.g. Scrum) and PRINCE2
