We are working with a large Enterprise Business to secure an experienced Senior Property Portfolio Manager to step into 2IC role to the General Manager of Property and Workplace Services of a large National Company
 
Key Information:
  • Permanent Opportunity, supporting the GM of Workplace Services for a large enterprise
  • Location: Sydney
  • WFH / In Office: The team aren’t mandated but due to the nature of the work, most spend 3 days in the office
 
Your New Role:
  • Develop strategic asset plans for each company location, optimising financial return and workplace solutions
  • Develop a strategic & governance framework for the delivery of the property lease function, acquisition and divestment program and projects
  • Drive and oversee the performance of the facility management operations
  • Develop initiatives, targets and KPIs to support recommendations and budget assumptions
  • Lead a program of change and reform to achieve improved benefits, efficiencies and quality outcomes within the property portfolio
  • Develop business cases, communications, documents, and plans for submissions for Executive and Board approval
  • Develop annual budget plans and quarterly reforecasts and establish, manage, and report on financial status of the commercial leases and facilities maintenances costs
 
About You:
Significant experience in a similar role, supporting, or solely managing, the management of a Property Portfolio of a national Enterprise business (must have some experience internally, and not purely for a Property services company)
  • Strong strategic planning skills and commercial acumen applied to leasing, property acquisition and divestment programs
  • Strong relationship management experience with staff, clients, intermediaries and service providers
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering projects
  • Significant knowledge of all aspects of statutory legislation related to lease accounting methods
  • Demonstrated experience managing competing and evolving priorities, navigating complexity & ambiguity, and providing pragmatic commercial solutions
