Valerie leads the Actuarial & Quantitative Analytics team at Ethos BeathChapman. Bringing over 10 years of in-house HR and agency recruitment experience, she has helped multinational businesses and consultancies through her extensive market knowledge and a deep network in the industry.
Valerie has a history of being a credible business partner as she is consultative, honest, and relationship-focussed in her approach. She has built a reputation of being a trusted advisor and has provided exceptional service to both clients and candidates alike through the recruitment process.
Outside of work, Valerie is a muay thai enthusiast, an adrenaline junkie and enjoys travelling the world. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specialising in Human Resource Management and is a Canadian Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
