After gaining a degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle, I joined a premier American investment bank before progressing my career with a leading global Investment Management company and European investment bank. I have worked in both Australia and the United Kingdom, and held senior operations and client-relationship roles in investment management and investment and institutional banking.
Keen to use this specialist knowledge in the executive search industry, I joined a major multinational recruitment services company in Sydney and rapidly marked myself as a standout practitioner who could solve clients’ talent problems quickly and effectively. I joined Ethos BeathChapman in 2006.
