Dan started out in Recruitment in 2015 because (like so many others who’ve fallen into Recruitment) he had no idea what he wanted to do after University. He spent 5 years’ recruiting within the Data & Analytics space, first in England and then across the DACH region, before he made the move to Australia and Ethos in 2019.
Now he focuses on recruitment in the Data Architecture, Engineering, and Governance space. Dan partner's with many of the top Financial Services organisations across Australia helping them to find the talent that they need and keeping them informed of current market trends.
